Refund policy
In short
Changed your mind before using Pro? Ask within 14 days of the payment and you get it all back. Once you've run an analysis in a paid period, that payment isn't refundable — the service has been delivered. If something on our side went wrong, write to us. You can cancel any time, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
This policy applies to easyimprov Pro subscriptions, bought through our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It sits alongside our terms of use.
1. Unused payments: 14 days
Any Pro payment — the first one or a renewal, monthly or yearly — is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it and you haven't run any track analysis since that payment.
2. Used payments
Pro is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay. Once you've run an analysis in a paid period, the payment for that period has been used and isn't refunded for a change of mind. Cancel before the next renewal and you won't be charged again.
3. When something goes wrong on our side
An analysis that fails never counts against your plan. If the service didn't work for you — repeated failures, or long periods when it was unavailable — write to us and we'll put it right with a full or partial refund.
Refunds aren't given where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. A refund ends the subscription it refunds, and the account goes back to the free plan; analyses you've already made stay in your account.
4. How to ask
Write to us at support@easyimprov.app from the email address on your account, or reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your order at paddle.net. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing in the account menu. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
